Ice cream
5 egg yolks
100 g sugar
5 dl cream
favorite ice cream flavor/"filling"

whip cream till fairly stiff.
whip egg and sugar until fairly stiff.
fold together in one bowl. Add flavor of choice (I used chocolate chips... the lovely NORWEGIAN milk chocolate kind)

pour into semi-shallow dish (loaf pan, lined with wax paper works great). freeze. it will take a few hours to freeze, and it will be quite solid, but just let it sit out for a few minutes before diggin' in to the yummy goodness :-D
